Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, C&B, manpower planning, and HR operations
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and job descriptions
- Collect data, prepare reports, and provide analysis
- Advise leadership on HR best practices and process improvements
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years HR experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Pay: QAR11,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per hour
