HR Advisor – Operations

Role and organization

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding, while protecting confidentiality and data integrity.
• Prepare employment letters, certificates, and other employee documentation accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate visa and immigration processes.
• Advise employees and stakeholders and resolve day-to-day HR operational queries.
• Identify improvements to HR processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Work with internal stakeholders to provide responsive HR service supporting business continuity and growth.
• Support wider HR initiatives and adapt to changing business priorities.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, and onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Approximately 4–6 years of relevant HR operations or HR administration experience; experience in a large or international organization is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, service-oriented, solution-focused approach; willingness to learn new systems, processes, and HR areas.
• Adaptability and resilience when priorities, processes, or business requirements change.

Location and work arrangement

• The role is part of the HR team in Abu Dhabi and is based at the company's Abu Dhabi office.
• The role may involve visits to projects and other branch offices.
