Role overview

Responsibilities

• Draft specifications and procedures for tenders, projects, and designs.
• Develop technical solutions, propose alternatives, and reduce risks.
• Determine engineering scope, personnel needs, schedules, and budgets.
• Supervise and assess work by colleagues, subcontractors, and customers.
• Report progress and identify schedule, capacity, quality, and cost deviations.
• Support execution, provide logistical assistance, and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant infrastructure-contractor experience.
• Experience with relevant methods, techniques, professional software, and models.
• Good knowledge of CAD, QGIS, and Excel; the description also references Primavera planning software, analytics, and systems engineering.
• Relevant project management experience and good written and spoken English; Dutch is an asset.
