HR Advisor – Operations

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, contract changes, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Prepare employment letters, certificates, and employee documentation accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate visa and immigration processes and maintain employee records.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder queries and provide day-to-day HR operational advice.
• Identify improvements to HR processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, support wider HR initiatives, and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Approximately 4–6 years of relevant HR operations or HR administration experience.
• Large or international organisation experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused.
• Willingness to learn and ability to adapt and remain resilient as priorities change.

Workplace

• Work from the Boskalis office in Abu Dhabi; visits to projects and other branch offices may be required.
• Part of the HR team in Abu Dhabi.
