HR Administrator role located in Dubai.
Full-time position with in-person work location.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles including site-based positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, and referrals; screen CVs and shortlist candidates against job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of HR/Admin experience, with a focus on recruitment.
- Experience in manpower supply or the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
- Good communication and organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to join immediately.
