About This Role
We’re Hiring: HR Administrator
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Administrator to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR procedures, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and other government-related procedures
- Support payroll preparation and leave management
- Assist in recruitment and employee relations activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role in the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Mandatory fluency in Tagalog and English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
