Overview

We are seeking a

motivated Emirati Fresher

to join our HR and Administration team.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee management, and general administrative tasks while working under the guidance of senior HR and admin professionals.

This is an ideal position for recent graduates eager to start their career in HR and administration in a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including CV screening and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized workspace
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory; coordinate with vendors for replenishment
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for management and staff
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for internal use
  • Support travel arrangements, booking, and logistics for staff as needed
  • Liaise with service providers, contractors, and facility management teams
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments
  • Perform any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management to support operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fresher or up to 1 year of internship experience in HR or admin
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and office administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and eager to learn
