Overview

The Admin / HR is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and human resources support to ensure smooth office operations and compliance with UAE labor regulations.

The role supports employee onboarding, personnel record management, attendance monitoring, document control, visa process and general office administration within a construction industry environment.

Human Resources

*Assist in recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.

*Support employee onboarding and induction processes.

*Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.

*Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.

*Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.

*Coordinate visa, labor, Emirates ID, medical, and other employee documentation requirements.

*Support payroll preparation by ensuring attendance and employee information are accurate.

*Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.

*Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.

Administration

*Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and document control.

*Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office communications.

*Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement requests.

*Assist in arranging meetings, travel bookings, accommodations, and transportation as required.

*Coordinate with external service providers, government authorities, and vendors.

*Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities.

*Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other administrative documents.

*Support project sites with administrative requirements when necessary.

Compliance & Record Keeping

Ensure all employee and company records are maintained in accordance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Assist with audits and compliance checks related to HR and administration.

Maintain accurate filing and document tracking systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably within the UAE construction industry.

Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR processes is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi; additional languages an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
