Scope of work and responsibilities
- Build and optimize the company's HR management system across organization development, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training and development.
- Assist the Department Manager with collecting and consolidating cost and operational data for Middle East projects and strengthen oversight and coordination of project execution.
- Oversee HR operations across regions and countries, ensuring consistent and compliant HR policies across branch offices.
- Lead overseas talent recruitment, expatriate and assignment management, and cross-cultural team building to support the internationalization strategy.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for overseas partners, foreign employees, and overseas HR service providers, ensuring accurate and efficient information flow.
Qualifications and requirements
- Prior experience in corporate management or operations, performance monitoring and appraisal, corporate planning, internal control system management, business environment analysis, administration, or related fields.
- HR background in foreign-invested or multinational companies; overseas assignment, overseas team management, or cross-border HR project experience is preferred.
- English is a working language; strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are needed to review contracts, draft official documents, and conduct meetings in English.
- CET-6, TEM-8, or IELTS 6.5 or above may be used as a reference for English ability.
- Familiarity with PRC and international labor laws, regulations, employment policies, and employment compliance across different regions is required.
- Strong cross-cultural communication, strategic thinking, and ability to drive work in a multicultural environment.
- Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, English, or related fields are preferred.
