- Supervise and lead housekeeping staff including room attendants, ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned to company standards and ready for occupancy.
- Schedule and assign work to team members, including preparing efficient rosters and shift handovers.
- Train and mentor staff, providing guidance on cleaning procedures, safety, and company policies.
- Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and supplies, including cleaning chemicals, linens, toiletries, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper distribution.
- Coordinate special projects such as deep cleaning, carpet and window cleaning, pest control, and room inventories.
- Report performance and productivity to management, assisting with evaluations, promotions, and salary reviews.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations, as well as company policies
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
