Ensure approximately 35 vacation-home units are clean, stocked, and ready before guest arrivals.
Cleaning is performed by outsourced vendors; the supervisor checks their work.
Responsibilities
- Inspect units after each clean and before check-in; send back work below standard.
- Attend scheduled check-ins and resolve guest issues on site.
- Keep linen, amenities, and consumables stocked; request supplies through the Operations Coordinator.
- Log damage and maintenance needs in Breezeway with photos promptly.
- Selected, trained supervisors inspect new units with a checklist before go-live, under the Area Manager.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of housekeeping experience in hotels, serviced apartments, or holiday homes.
- An eye for detail and high standards.
- Ability to use a smartphone app (Breezeway) for checklists and photos.
- Basic English and flexibility for shifts and weekends.
- UAE driving licence is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
