The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures each unit is clean, stocked, and ready before guests arrive.
Cleaning is performed by outsourced vendors, whose work the supervisor checks.
Responsibilities
- Inspect units after each clean and before check-in; return work that falls below standard.
- Attend scheduled check-ins and resolve guest issues on site.
- Maintain unit stocks of linen, amenities, and consumables; request supplies through the Operations Coordinator.
- Record damage and maintenance needs in Breezeway with photos as soon as possible.
- Selected supervisors inspect new units with the checklist before go-live, under the Area Manager for that unit.
Requirements
- At least two years of housekeeping experience in hotels, serviced apartments, or holiday homes.
- Attention to detail and high standards; ability to use a smartphone app such as Breezeway for checklists and photos.
- Basic English and flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
- A UAE driving licence is a plus.
Pay
- AED 2,800–3,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
