The Lana by Dorchester Collection is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor in Dubai.
The supervisor supports daily housekeeping operations and helps deliver high standards of guest service and property care.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily department and shift operations and support the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Senior Housekeeper.
- Guide and develop the housekeeping team; maintain cleanliness in guestrooms, public spaces, and colleagues' areas.
- Conduct inspections, ensure corrective actions, and maintain guest and colleague satisfaction within operating budget.
- Manage controllable expenses and coordinate contractors for marble polishing, carpet shampooing, façade cleaning, and casual staffing.
- Prepare cyclical public-area cleaning schedules and coordinate the preventive maintenance program with engineering.
Role expectations
- Guide, develop, and motivate a committed multicultural housekeeping team.
- Maintain property housekeeping standards and support guest and colleague satisfaction while adhering to budget expectations.
