As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Raffles Doha and Fairmont Doha, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personalized service to ensure an outstanding luxury guest experience.

Representing the elegance and service excellence of both Raffles and Fairmont, you will lead and support the Housekeeping team in delivering immaculate guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with the highest hospitality standards.

You will play an integral role in ensuring operational excellence by supervising daily housekeeping activities, monitoring quality standards, and supporting team performance with professionalism, attention to detail, and care.

Working closely with Housekeeping leadership and other hotel departments, you will contribute to creating seamless and memorable guest experiences while upholding the distinguished reputation of Raffles Doha and Fairmont Doha.
