Housekeeping Manager role overseeing daily housekeeping operations at a Hilton hotel.
Housekeeping responsibilities
- Manage cleanliness, service, and product-quality standards across guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
- Coordinate housekeeping to make rooms clean and available to guests promptly and efficiently.
- Oversee systems usage, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement to support efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee and perform room and public-area inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance.
- Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
