Responsibilities
- Manage cleanliness, service, and product quality in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
- Coordinate housekeeping to make rooms clean and available to guests promptly and efficiently.
- Oversee systems usage, costs, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards and compliance.
- Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, coach staff, and foster a productive work environment.
