What you'll do
- Gain experience across guest rooms, public areas, linen and laundry operations.
- Support daily housekeeping coordination, room inspections, quality checks and established cleanliness standards.
- Learn scheduling, task allocation, productivity, operational planning, inventory, linen control and supply management.
- Support guest requests and special arrangements, and learn to address feedback and operational challenges.
- Collaborate across departments, participate in briefings and training, and shadow housekeeping leaders.
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, service quality and guest experience.
Who they're looking for
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
- English communication skills are essential.
- Interest in housekeeping, luxury hospitality and people leadership; positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving and teamwork in a multicultural setting.
- Russian, French or German proficiency is an asset; prior hospitality or housekeeping experience is advantageous but not essential.
