Banyan Tree Dubai is seeking a Front Office Intern for hands-on exposure to luxury hotel operations, guest relations, and personalised service.
The stated possible start date is February 2027.
What you will do
- Welcome guests and support arrival, departure, check-in, check-out, and enquiry handling.
- Assist with guest requests and information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Gain exposure to Front Desk, Guest Relations, Concierge, reservation systems, guest profiles, and operating procedures.
- Work with colleagues across departments, handle guest information confidentially, and participate in training.
Qualifications listed
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Culinary Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- The qualifications section also requests interest in cooking and food preparation, kitchen enthusiasm, and ability to work to kitchen quality and hygiene standards.
- Good English communication, teamwork, positive attitude, willingness to learn, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Basic culinary and food safety knowledge and previous kitchen experience are advantageous, not essential.
Internship experience
- Gain practical experience in a luxury hospitality environment and exposure to international guest service standards.
- Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals and develop communication, problem-solving, and guest relations skills.
