Job Description
A Housekeeping Attendant at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre, a Forbes Five-Star luxury hotel, is responsible for delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and personalized service to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
This role supports Housekeeping and Laundry operations by responding efficiently to guest requests, maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards, and contributing to a seamless and timely service delivery in line with Waldorf Astoria Brand Standards.

What will I be doing?
Responsibilities
- As a Housekeeping Attendant at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments by maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and linen services to the highest standards.
- Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Deliver excellent guest service at all times.
- Clean, service, and replenish guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas in accordance with Forbes Five-Star and Waldorf Astoria brand standards.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items promptly, ensuring appropriate follow-up in line with hotel procedures.
- Support the availability and timely release of guest rooms in coordination with Floor Housekeeping Supervisors.
- Maintain control of Housekeeping operations, including staff attendance, master key control, incident reporting, and the management of uniforms and linen.
- Review daily guest information and ensure all guest preferences and requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate special guest requests such as floral arrangements for special occasions and embroidery for special linen including wedding and pampering requests.
- Inspect uniforms and ensure they are sent for cleaning or repair as required.
- Manage the daily release and handling of guest laundry items for guests using the laundry service.
- Provide support by covering Laundry Attendant duties during holidays, days off, or absences.
