Job Summary

Key Responsibilities1. Housekeeping & Property Maintenance

• Maintain immaculate cleanliness throughout the assigned areas of the residence (living areas, guest rooms, hallways, etc.).
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing high-end furniture, fixtures, and delicate surfaces.
• Assist with heavy-duty cleaning tasks, including window washing, patio cleaning, and organizing storage areas.
• Ensure all household equipment and appliances are well-maintained and report any maintenance issues or repairs immediately.

2. Laundry & Wardrobe Care

• Sort, wash, and iron daily clothing, linens, and delicate fabrics according to specific care instructions.
• Organize and maintain wardrobes neatly.
• Handle high-end garments and coordinate dry-cleaning drop-offs and pick-ups if required.

3. Food & Beverage Service (F&B)

• Assist in the kitchen with basic food preparation, vegetable chopping, and organizing the pantry.
• Serve meals and refreshments to the family and their guests with a high standard of etiquette and hospitality.
• Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain a sanitized, spotless kitchen environment.

4. Errands & Guest Hospitality

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival with a polite and professional demeanor.
• Run external errands such as grocery shopping, picking up supplies, or handling minor household logistics.
• Assist with packing and unpacking luggage for family travel.

Skills & Qualifications

• **Experience:** Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a houseboy, room boy, or room attendant.
• **Language:** Fluent in English; ability to understand and follow detailed instructions accurately.
• **Skills:** Strong knowledge of cleaning agents, fabric care, and luxury home etiquette. Basic cooking or kitchen assistance skills are a major plus.
• **Attributes:**
• Highly discreet, honest, and trustworthy with a strong respect for confidentiality.
• Exceptionally neat appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
• Proactive "can-do" attitude with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to work well independently and alongside an international household team.
• Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
