About The Role
We are looking for a
results-driven Sales Manager
to lead revenue growth across our hotel portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the hospitality market, thrives on hitting targets, and knows how to turn strategy into measurable results.
You will take full ownership of
sales performance, marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer experience
, working closely with senior leadership to scale the business.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead and execute sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and performance plans
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Design and implement pricing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, and brand campaigns
- Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI, providing regular insights to leadership
- Build strong relationships with clients, corporate accounts, and stakeholders
- Plan and execute promotions, hotel offers, and events
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales, marketing, and customer service teams
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle customer feedback effectively
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of experience in Sales (Hospitality preferred)
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and hitting targets
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, pricing, and market dynamics
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, and campaign management
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and analytics tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyze data and make decisions
- Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience in the Saudi or GCC hospitality market
Languages
- Fluent in English & Arabic
