Opportunity
Jumeirah is curating a talent pool of high-potential and experienced hospitality leaders for a Hotel Manager opportunity in Dubai, supporting current and future needs.
Role responsibilities
- Lead hotel operations and deliver strategic priorities, guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance.
- Partner with senior hotel leadership on commercial and revenue strategy, using market insights, guest segmentation, and competitive positioning.
- Convert strategic objectives into actionable annual plans across departments and ensure accountability and disciplined execution.
- Maintain visible, on-the-floor leadership and uphold operational standards and service delivery.
- Monitor guest feedback, anticipate needs, and improve personalised luxury experiences.
- Develop high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
Candidate profile
- Extensive luxury-hospitality leadership experience in internationally recognised hotels or resorts.
- At least 10 years of senior operational leadership experience in hotel operations.
- Strong record of guest experience and operational performance.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including performance improvement, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Hands-on and visible leadership style, with engagement across teams and guests.
- Proven ability to lead teams in complex luxury environments and maintain brand alignment and guest satisfaction across hotel and residence operations.
