About This Role

“Hotel Experienced Arabic speaking ” Cluster Director of Procurement for a leading hotel group in the Middle East

This role is based in Egypt and “extensive Hotel experience” is mandatory

General Brief:

  • This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Cluster Director of Procurement in the Middle East.
  • The role includes managing and leading the financial division across multiple hotels, with a total of 750 rooms and 400 service apartments.
  • Reporting line to the Cluster Director of Finance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) or MBA are added advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance, and supply chain risk management
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams in a multi-property environment
  • Minimum of 10 years in procurement with at least 5 years in a senior cluster or corporate procurement role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
  • Expertise in procurement software, ERP systems, and analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
