We are looking for HOSTESSES for a famous, globally recognized French luxury caf brand situated at the heart of Dubai, UAE.

As a Hostess, you are the crucial first point of contact for every guest stepping into the venue.

You will set the tone for a high-touch luxury experience by managing reservations, organizing seating arrangements, and welcoming visitors with authentic warmth, grace, and professionalism.

First Impressions: Warmly welcome arriving guests, manage the reception desk, and elegantly escort diners to their assigned tables.

Reservation & Floor Management: Masterfully manage the booking system, optimize table seatings during peak operational hours, and coordinate closely with floor staff regarding walk-ins and table availability.

Guest Relations: Answer inquiries gracefully both over the phone and in person, managing the guest waiting list efficiently while maintaining an impeccable standard of customer care.

Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain an immaculate lobby area and present a polished image that aligns perfectly with a world-class luxury lifestyle brand.

Experience: Proven experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Executive, or Receptionist within a luxury caf , fine-dining restaurant, or 5-star hotel setting.

Presentation & Grooming: Outstanding personal presence, immaculate grooming, and an elegant demeanor.

Communication: Exceptional verbal English communication skills; additional language skills are highly beneficial.

Interpersonal Skills: A charismatic, naturally positive, and poised professional who can handle high-volume operations smoothly.
