About This Role
Overview
As a Hostess at Four Seasons Red Sea, you will play a key role in creating a warm and memorable first impression for our guests.
Your responsibilities will include welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, and coordinating table assignments to ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience.
You will act as the first point of contact for guests arriving at our restaurant venues.
Your professionalism, poise, and genuine hospitality will set the tone for an exceptional experience.
By maintaining efficiency, courtesy, and attention to detail in all interactions, you will contribute to delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction in line with Four Seasons standards.
In this role, you will also respond promptly to guest inquiries, provide accurate information about restaurant offerings, and assist with special requests whenever possible.
Your ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate effectively with both guests and team members will be essential in ensuring smooth daily operations.
Food & Beverage
- The resort offers a collection of distinctive dining venues, each delivering unique culinary experiences inspired by global and regional flavors.
- Area of responsibility:
- Restaurant outlets within the resort (capacity to be confirmed).
- Spa and Wellness
- Our world-class spa offers a serene sanctuary focused on relaxation and rejuvenation, complemented by state-of-the-art wellness and fitness facilities.
- Knowledge and Skills
- This position is open to Saudi Nationals only, in line with Saudization requirements for Labor law.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 6 12 months of experience in Food & Beverage or a similar role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
- Ability to operate reservation systems and general computer applications.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a guest-focused approach.
