Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring smooth seating flow.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table rotations using the restaurant s booking system.
- Provide menus and inform guests of specials, promotions, or events.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and hostess desk.
- Coordinate with service staff and management to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests politely and professionally.
- Support promotional and community events in the restaurant.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests.
- Collaborate closely with servers, chefs, and managers to deliver seamless dining experiences.
- Represent KH s culture of care, hospitality, and inclusivity.
- Use digital reservation tools to optimize table management and guest flow.
& Skills
- Previous experience as a hostess or in guest-facing hospitality roles preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Professional appearance, confident, and welcoming personality.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of reservation and table management systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
