We are looking for a professional and guest-focused
Hostess / Receptionist
to join our restaurant team.
The Hostess / Receptionist will be the first and last point of contact for our guests and will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and premium guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations using the approved reservation system
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure smooth seating
- Handle phone calls and guest inquiries professionally
- Manage walk-in guests and waiting lists with courtesy
- Communicate special requests such as birthdays, anniversaries, dietary needs, and VIP guests to the team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional host desk
- Support smooth guest flow during service
- Coordinate with the service and management teams
- Farewell guests warmly and collect feedback when appropriate
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a hostess, receptionist, guest relations, or front-of-house role
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality is preferred
- Professional English communication skills
- Arabic language is an advantage
- Presentable appearance and strong grooming standards
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
