Position: **Restaurant Supervisor (Fine dining Experienced)**
Starting Salary: **SAR 3,500 to 3,750 (based on knowledge and skills) with FREE shared accommodation, transportation, and 1 duty meal**
**Role Overview** A frontline hospitality leader overseeing daily floor operations and guest service delivery, reporting to the Restaurant Manager.
The Service Supervisor bridges the service team and management, upholding brand standards and shaping team culture across GCC locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the FOH team throughout each service period, managing floor sections, table assignments, and service pace
- Act as the senior guest contact on the floor — greeting VIPs, resolving complaints, and handling special requests with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Conduct pre-service briefings covering specials, allergens, reservations, and service expectations; ensure team readiness before every service
- Coach team members in real time on service technique, upselling, menu knowledge, and brand standards
- Oversee reservations, walk-ins, and table allocation to optimise covers and minimise wait times, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams
- Enforce grooming, uniform, and conduct standards; maintain GCC regulatory and hygiene compliance
- Support the Restaurant Manager with shift reports, cover tracking, performance observations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred; food hygiene certification (GCC-compliant) required
- 3–5 years of progressive FOH experience in upscale or fine-dining environments, including 1–2 years in a leadership role
- Prior GCC or Middle Eastern hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
- Deep understanding of GCC cultural etiquette and Islamic hospitality values
- Calm, solutions-focused temperament with the ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully
- Pay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼3,750.00 per month
