Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for a Hostess based in Dubai.
The Hostess will be responsible for managing reservations, welcoming and seating guests, ensuring a warm and friendly customer experience, and coordinating with the service team to optimize the flow of service.
Key daily tasks include handling phone inquiries, maintaining the reservation system, and providing excellent customer service with professional communication and phone etiquette.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build a rapport with guests and team members
- Proficiency in handling Reservations and understanding basic reservation systems
- Excellent Customer Service and Phone Etiquette to provide a high standard of service to guests
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage seating arrangements and guest flow
- Previous experience in hospitality or front-of-house roles is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
