Position Overview
We are seeking a welcoming and service-oriented ***Hostess*** to be the first point of contact for guests at the beach facility.
The ***Hostess*** will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth guest flow across seating and activity areas.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to deliver outstanding hospitality in a dynamic beach environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about available facilities, services, and promotions.
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
- Maintain a professional and approachable presence at the entrance and guest service desk.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and courteously.
- Assist in promoting beach activities, special events, and F&B offerings.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the reception and guest service areas.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors and service staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold the highest hospitality and customer service standards in line with company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism preferred).
- Prior experience working as a hostess, receptionist, or customer service professional within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic and other languages are an advantage.
- Professional grooming, positive attitude, and guest-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, outdoor beach environment with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
