Mesopotamia, meaning "land between the rivers," was a historical region stretching across the fertile plains surrounding and between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers.

While modern-day Iraq is often associated with Mesopotamia, the region also encompassed parts of Türkiye (up to Cappadocia), Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Iran.

Role Description

As a Hostess at NHG, you will play a critical role in providing a warm and welcoming experience for guests at one of the exclusive concept, Dokya where located in the heart of Souq Waqif, Doha, Qatar.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring you to manage reservations, greet and assist guests, answer inquiries, and ensure a seamless dining experience.

You will collaborate with the team to create a hospitable and professional environment while maintaining NHG's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively connect with guests and team members
  • 2+ years experience with managing reservations and coordinating seating arrangements
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to address guest needs and create positive experiences
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette for handling inquiries and managing calls professionally
  • Ability to remain poised and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or luxury service industry is preferred
