Key Responsibilities

• **Guest Welcome:** Warmly greet guests upon arrival with energy and enthusiasm, guiding them to their tables or waiting areas.
• **Reservation & Seating Management:** Manage the restaurant’s seating flow and floor rotation effectively to optimize capacity and support the waitstaff.
• **Bilingual Communication:** Converse effortlessly with our diverse clientele in both English and Arabic, answering inquiries regarding the menu, waiting times, or restaurant details.
• **Queue Management:** Professionally manage guest waitlists during peak operational hours, ensuring a pleasant waiting experience.
• **Brand Ambassador:** Maintain a immaculate, well-organized, and welcoming front desk/reception area that reflects dipndip's high brand standards.
• **Team Collaboration:** Communicate effectively with supervisors, floor managers, and the service crew to ensure guest requests are met promptly.
• **Feedback Handling:** Handle initial guest complaints or feedback with grace and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a waitress or server in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
• Fluent in Arabic (native); English proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must hold a valid Qatari ID or transferable visa (NOC required).
