We are looking for a hands-on and service-driven Hospitality Operations Manager who can ensure operational excellence while delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive monthly salary: QAR 10,000 – 16,000 (based on experience)

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • 8–10 hours per day
  • 5–6 days per week
  • Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily resort and hospitality operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Manage front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services coordination
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle escalated guest concerns
  • Monitor operational performance, occupancy, and service quality standards
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and service improvements
  • Lead, train, and supervise department managers and staff
  • Control operational costs while maintaining service excellence
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support occupancy and revenue goals
  • Prepare operational reports and performance updates for senior management

  • Financial awareness (budgeting, cost control, revenue support)

  • Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Understanding of hospitality standards and service quality metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in hotel or resort operations management
  • Experience supervising multiple departments in hospitality settings
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence
