Location : Accra, Ghana

Type : Full Time, on site

Responsible for end-to-end operations of a luxury residence, ensuring hotel-level service standards, operational control, and full accountability for the building.

Key Responsibilities

-Execute and control daily operations across all departments

-Manage apartment lifecycle: handovers, takeovers, inspections

-Handle resident relations: complaints, requests, escalations

-Lead and control front desk, housekeeping, security, and technical teams

-Enforce SOPs, service standards, and discipline

-Coordinate and control vendors and service providers

-Plan and follow up on maintenance and technical operations

-Handle dealings with authorities and official institutions

-Ensure collection of rent, service charges, and related payments

-Monitor service quality and implement improvements

-Report directly to management on operations and performance
