To lead our operations and elevate our service, we are seeking an experienced **Hospitality Manager** to oversee daily activities and ensure excellence across all aspects of the café.
Role Overview
The **Hospitality Manager** will be responsible for managing café operations, leading staff, and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and high-quality experience.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen, service, and management teams to deliver consistent quality.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to achieve service excellence.
- Monitor budgets, KPIs, and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and brand reputation.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing café, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
- Strong knowledge of customer service, food & beverage management, and operational best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
