Key Responsibilities
- New business: Identify, approach, and secure new HORECA accounts including restaurants, cafés, hotels, coworking spaces, gyms, Pilates studios, and similar venues.
- Prospecting & pipeline: Build and manage a structured prospect pipeline, with a focus on systematically targeting venues that currently carry competitor brands.
- Account onboarding: Manage the full sales process from sampling and product presentation through commercial negotiation, listing, and account onboarding.
- Account growth: Grow existing accounts through increased reorder frequency, range expansion, and strong relationship management.
- HORECA activations: Lead and execute relevant tastings, events, sampling activities, and brand partnerships in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Sales tracking: Track outreach, listings, reorders, account growth, and pipeline progress, providing regular updates to management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in HORECA/F&B sales
- Experience selling beverages is a strong advantage
- Strong network and understanding of the HORECA market
- Proven experience in prospecting, account acquisition, and commercial negotiations
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Valid driving licence and own car
- Comfortable with frequent field visits and on-ground sales
- Highly proactive, organized, and target-driven
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently
