Residential leasing consultant role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds relationships, and enjoys real estate and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available units.
- Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and lease agreements.
- Assist with marketing through social media, signage, and outreach.
- Conduct background checks and verify application information.
- Keep model units and common areas clean and presentable.
- Support move-in and move-out processes professionally.
- Collaborate with property management to meet occupancy goals.
Qualifications
- Must have a personal vehicle.
- Previous leasing or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM or property management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
Pay and incentives
- QAR 4,000–15,000 per month.
- Commission structures, incentives, and international trip awards are offered.
