Opportunity

Training delivery and quality

• Deliver engaging classroom training and conduct practical demonstrations, activities, and learner assessments in line with awarding-body requirements.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, training materials, and assessment resources; monitor learners and provide feedback and support.
• Maintain attendance, assessment, and training records and ensure compliance with Highfield and TTC standards.
• Keep current with Highfield specifications, UAE regulations, and industry practices; support internal quality assurance and improvement.
• Work with training and business development teams to improve courses and learner experience; teach corporate, industrial, and individual learners.

Essential qualifications and experience

• Recognised HSE or Occupational Health & Safety qualification; NEBOSH IGC or equivalent is preferred.
• Highfield Level 3 International Award in Delivering Training (IADT) or equivalent recognised Train-the-Trainer qualification.
• Recognised First Aid Instructor or Trainer qualification, including CPR and AED competency; experience delivering First Aid and Emergency Response training.
• Relevant Fire Safety or Fire Warden qualification and practical delivery experience.
• Level 3 Food Safety or equivalent qualification, with relevant training experience.
• Competency in Risk Assessment / HIRA and COSHH / hazardous substances.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HSE, vocational training, or instructional experience.
• Strong presentation, communication, assessment, and learner-management skills; excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability and willingness to meet applicable Highfield International tutor/trainer approval requirements.

Preferred experience

• Lifting operations, rigging, lifting equipment, or lifting safety experience or qualifications are strongly preferred.
• Previous Highfield / HABC trainer experience, UAE training experience, ADNOC or other UAE client approvals, and corporate or industrial delivery experience are additional advantages.
• Practical competency-based assessment experience and experience in oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, facilities management, or other industrial settings are advantages.
• Multilingual ability, particularly Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Arabic, or other UAE-relevant languages, is an advantage.
• Experience with adult learners and corporate clients is an advantage.

Work arrangement

• Full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
