Time Training Center is hiring an admissions counselor for its sales team in Abu Dhabi.
The role guides prospective learners, manages course enquiries, and supports lead conversion in coordination with marketing.
Responsibilities
- Engage prospective learners by phone and through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital channels; assess needs and recommend courses.
- Make inbound and outbound calls to follow up on course enquiries and drive timely conversions.
- Maintain accurate lead and conversion records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate lead tracking, campaign support, advertising creative alignment, and performance insights with marketing.
- Meet monthly admission targets and deliver a strong customer experience.
- Work with internal teams to improve processes and learner engagement.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in student admissions, education sales, or training enrollments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills; strong English proficiency.
- Able to handle objections, close deals, and maintain high conversion rates.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management processes.
- Persistent, target-oriented, collaborative, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
Pay
- AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
