Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy **Helpdesk Support Specialist** to join our team.
You will be the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, providing exceptional support to internal staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist employees with system access, password resets, and account management.
- Document incidents, solutions, and procedures accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Support software installations, updates, and basic system configurations.
- Maintain IT inventory and monitor system performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and network operations.
- Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and common office software (MS Office, email systems).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
