About Us
Ain Khaled Logistics Hub is a growing logistics and supply chain company committed to delivering efficient warehousing, transportation, and distribution solutions.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team and support our daily operations through accurate data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and management systems.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before entry.
- Review and correct data discrepancies and errors.
- Generate reports and maintain records as required by management.
- Organize and archive digital and physical documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a related role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with logistics or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
