Heavy Equipment Operator

Experience operating heavy equipment.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, shoveling, moving containers and other heavy materials.

Landfill operator experience is preferred

Strong work ethic and ability to work long days and occasional overnights.

Fit-for-Work each day.

Ability to communicate effectively and express thoughts and ideas in a clear manner.

Good listening skills along with ability to accept and follow direction.

Open and honest with team members as it relates to all aspects of the work.

Ability to work alone and cover for supervision when required.

Self-starter with the ability to understand operation objectives and can complete tasks with limited supervision.
