Job Title: Billing Executive / Guest Service Executive

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Billing Executive / Guest Service Executive to join our healthcare team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient service while ensuring accurate billing, insurance verification, registration, and payment collection processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, healthcare billing knowledge, and a commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilitiesguest Service & Patient Relations

  • Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling processes.
  • Provide information regarding clinic services, procedures, and insurance coverage.
  • Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure a positive patient experience throughout the visit.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate seamless patient flow.

Billing & Revenue Cycle Management

  • Generate accurate patient invoices and process billing transactions.
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments.
  • Obtain necessary approvals and authorizations from insurance providers.
  • Collect co-payments, deductibles, and outstanding balances.
  • Process cash, card, and online payments while maintaining financial accuracy.
  • Ensure accurate coding and billing information is entered into the system.
  • Reconcile daily collections and prepare end-of-day financial reports.
  • Support insurance claim submission and follow-up activities when required.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, insurance requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointment requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
  • Assist with operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Quality & Compliance

  • Adhere to healthcare regulations, billing guidelines, and patient privacy standards.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and service excellence standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualificationseducation

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in healthcare billing, patient services, front office, or customer service within a healthcare facility.
  • Experience working in hospitals, clinics, medical centers, or healthcare organizations in the UAE is preferred.
  • Familiarity with insurance processes, pre-authorizations, and medical billing procedures.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing and insurance processes.
  • Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and patient-focused attitude.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with DHA-approved healthcare facilities.
  • Knowledge of UAE insurance regulations and payer requirements.
  • Multilingual candidates are preferred.
