Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Clinic Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operations, optimizing patient experience, managing staff performance, driving business growth, and overseeing Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong healthcare operations experience, commercial acumen, leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing healthcare facilities while achieving operational and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities : Clinic Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic and ensure efficient workflow across all departments.
- Ensure smooth patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and customer service processes.
- Monitor clinic performance and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, healthcare policies, and quality standards.
- Maintain high standards of patient care, service excellence, and patient satisfaction.
Financial & P&L Management
- Manage and monitor clinic Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
- Monitor budgets, operating expenses, and resource utilization.
- Analyze monthly financial reports, revenue trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining service quality.
- Drive business growth initiatives and achieve financial targets.
Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Supervise administrative, reception, customer service, and support staff.
- Conduct staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and productivity monitoring.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance improvement support to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Business Development & Growth
- Support marketing and patient acquisition initiatives.
- Develop strategies to increase patient volumes and service utilization.
- Monitor referral patterns and identify opportunities for service expansion.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to improve service delivery and patient retention.
- Support new service launches and operational expansion projects.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with DHA, MOHAP, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, health and safety, and patient confidentiality standards.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and accreditation activities.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare operational and financial performance reports for senior management.
- Monitor clinic KPIs, including:
- Revenue and profitability
- Patient volumes
- Appointment utilization
- Patient satisfaction scores
- Staff productivity
- Operational efficiency metrics
- Develop action plans to address performance gaps and improve outcomes.
Qualificationseducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Management or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in healthcare operations management.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a clinic, medical center, or hospital setting.
- Demonstrated experience in clinic operations, revenue management, and P&L accountability.
- Strong understanding of healthcare business operations and patient service management.
Licensing & Certifications
- DHA experience is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications in Healthcare Management or Operations are an advantage.

- Proven experience managing clinic P&L and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
