Overview

Wild&Org is looking to hire a Head Pastry Chef for our upcoming healthy Grab&Go café in Jeddah.

We’re looking for someone passionate about healthy baking, quality ingredients, and creating products that fit fast-paced lifestyles.

Requirements

  • ⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef
  • ⁠ ⁠Experience in healthy, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or allergen-friendly baking is a plus
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen operations
  • ⁠ ⁠Leadership and team management skills
  • ⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ⁠ ⁠Good organization and time management skills
  • ⁠ ⁠Food Handler’s Certificate (or ability to obtain one)

Responsibilities

  • ⁠ ⁠Lead and manage the pastry kitchen operations
  • ⁠ ⁠Prepare and develop healthy pastries, breads, cookies, muffins, energy bars, and seasonal items
  • ⁠ ⁠Maintain consistency in quality, presentation, and portioning
  • ⁠ ⁠Ensure proper food safety, labeling, and storage standards
  • ⁠ ⁠Monitor inventory and kitchen cleanliness
  • ⁠ ⁠Support menu development and train kitchen staff
