What We’re Looking For
The Barista will handle the daily operations of the cafe’s coffee and beverage bar, ensuring top-quality service, consistency, and a welcoming atmosphere.
You will work closely with other staff to create an exceptional customer experience while promoting our brand values of health, sustainability, and quality.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) teas, smoothies and organic drinks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, answering questions about menu items, and recommending drinks and food options.
- Report inventory of bar supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Place orders with suppliers to ensure the cafe has all necessary ingredients and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with cafe manager/CEO to create and test new beverages, seasonal specials, and healthy drink options aligned with the cafe’s mission.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a barista.
- Knowledge of espresso machines, grinders and other coffee equipment.
- A passion for health, wellness, and sustainable food practices.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory and ordering.
- Must be currently in Saudi Arabia
