Role overview

Portfolio development

• Bring and leverage existing client relationships and a professional network.
• Acquire NRI and HNI clients through personal business-development efforts.
• Generate and grow assets under management and maintain a sustainable book of business.
• Use company-provided leads when available while remaining independently capable of building a client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new NRI and HNI clients, expand the client base, and deepen long-term relationships.
• Work toward sales and business targets and communicate relevant wealth-management solutions.
• Identify suitable investment opportunities and support financial-planning and asset-allocation discussions.
• Follow required sales, advisory, and client-servicing processes.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, client events, and other business-development activities.
• Maintain responsive client service and develop the client book through referrals, networking, and relationship-building.

• Independently build and grow a client portfolio; no fixed or mapped portfolio will be provided.
