Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive group wide transformation and restructuring initiatives, aligned with CEO priorities and overall business strategy.
• Proactively identify, structure, and generate initiatives that improve profitability, reduce costs, and enhance revenue performance.
• Build and refine a scalable transformation roadmap, ensuring clear linkage between initiatives and P&L impact.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured execution plans with defined ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee a broad portfolio of initiatives, including operational efficiency and cost optimization, retail footprint optimization and performance improvement, strategic growth initiatives and organizational and leadership builds across key functions
• Ensure all initiatives deliver tangible financial outcomes and measurable business impact.
• Establish robust governance frameworks, tracking mechanisms, and reporting structures.
• Provide clear updates to the CEO and leadership using project management tools and performance dashboards, including tracking of financial impact (cost savings, margin improvement, revenue uplift).
• Monitor progress, identify risks early, and drive corrective actions.
• Act as the central coordination point between senior leadership and business units.
• Drive accountability across functions to ensure delivery against transformation and financial performance targets.
• Influence stakeholders to maintain pace, discipline, and outcome driven execution.
• Break down complex challenges into clear, high impact initiatives with defined financial outcomes.
• Leverage data and financial analysis to prioritize initiatives based on ROI and business impact.
• Maintain a hands on, execution focused approach, ensuring delivery beyond planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• PMP certification is desirable.
• 7 years of experience in transformation, restructuring, program management, or advisory roles.
• Proven track record of delivering turnaround, restructuring, or performance improvement initiatives with clear P&L impact.
• Experience within strategy, restructuring, or performance improvement environments, either in advisory or complex corporate settings.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and execute initiatives that drive cost savings, efficiency gains, or revenue growth.
• Strong expertise in project management tools, dashboards, and structured reporting frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high impact initiatives simultaneously.
• Highly structured, detail oriented, and execution focused.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to C-level leadership.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to link initiatives directly to financial outcomes.
