Head of Technical After-Sales – Foodservice / Cinema Equipment – Dubai, GCC

Overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-country team of technicians, overseeing installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service for cinema and QSR equipment.
• Own service processes and KPIs: response time, uptime, first-time fix, customer satisfaction, spare parts management, and warranty handling.
• Work closely with Sales and Operations to design AMC packages, support key accounts, and drive service revenue while controlling costs and improving profitability.
• Ideal profile:
• Degree or strong technical qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or similar, with 8–12+ years in technical service roles, including at least 4–5 years in a manager/head position.
• Proven experience with commercial kitchen/catering or concession equipment and leading a team of field/service technicians in India.
• Demonstrated exposure to budgets or P&L for a service department, strong customer focus, structured approach to processes/SOPs, and comfort working with ERP/service systems.

• Dubai, with GCC travel as required.
