Packaging Ltd is a Dubai‑based snacks and food service specialist focused on ready‑to‑eat popcorn, nachos, and related equipment and supplies.
We’re expanding our private label manufacturing business with leading retailers and food service brands across the GCC.
We are hiring a
SALES MANAGER – Private Label RTE Popcorn
to build and grow our private label portfolio from UAE into wider GCC markets.
You will own the full commercial cycle: from prospecting and pitching to closing contracts, launching products, and managing key accounts.
What you’ll do

Develop and execute a private label sales plan for RTE popcorn across UAE and GCC.

Identify and win private label business with retailers, cinemas, entertainment venues, horeca
distributors, and QSRs.
·
Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, terms, and volume commitments.
·
Coordinate internally with production, QA, supply chain, and finance to deliver on‑time launches.

Manage private label projects end‑to‑end: briefs, specs, packaging formats, artwork, approvals, and
first orders.

Grow existing accounts through new SKUs, flavors, and formats, and cross‑sell into other snack
categories.

Track performance, pipeline, and market activity, and report regularly to management.
What you bring
·
5–8+ years’ FMCG sales experience, including 3+ years in private label / contract manufacturing or
key account management in food and beverage.
·
Strong track record selling to modern trade and/or major horeca distributors in UAE or GCC.
·
Existing relationships with retail buyers or food service procurement is a strong plus.
·
Solid commercial skills: comfortable with margins, pricing, and building profitable proposals.
·
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.

Hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast‑growing environment.
·
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
·
Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

AED 20,000–28,000 per month (fixed) plus performance‑based annual bonus and standard UAE benefits.
